How far in advance should I book an event planner?
It's advisable to book an event planner as early as possible, especially for large events. Depending on the scope, booking 6 to 12 months in advance is common. For smaller events, 3 to 6 months may be sufficient.
Can you work with my existing team?
Yes! That is not uncommon for an organization to have an in-house representative or division. On our initial call we’ll dive into this and how we can best be a united team in selecting vendors and managing the event.
How will we communicate throughout the planning process?
Communication is key, and every client thrives and operates a little differently. We use email and video meetings, and also dovetail our software into yours for one clean experience.
What happens if something goes wrong during the event?
Our goal is always to anticipate issues before they arise, and when something unexpected occurs, we work closely with our team to quickly resolve, and will report to you with solutions and options when that is the best approach.
Will your team handle vendor selection?
Yes, we prefer it! We have a network of trusted vendors (caterers, AV companies, decorators, etc.) and can assist with selecting and negotiating contracts with them based on your event needs and budget.
What should I expect on the day of the event?
On the event day, you can expect your event planner to manage all aspects of the event including setup, vendor management, troubleshooting, and ensuring that everything aligns with your vision. This allows you to focus on enjoying the event and engaging with attendees.
What can we expect from working together
We are creative problem solvers, logistics mavens, and have a vast network of vendors and production companies to make your event flawless. We also love to challenge ourselves and regularly produce programs that are unique and custom to that client’s needs and desires.
